Homemade Tortellini

These stuffed pasta bites were made by Italian, South African, American and Berber hands. It's a dish that's quite easy to make, especially if you own a pasta rolling machine.





All tight, this is how the dough was made:




Now here are the steps as to how the ring shaped Tortellinis were stuffed and made:



Tada!! 



The stuffing consisted of: Parmesan cheese, smoked turkey mortadella and Ricotta cheese. 





Boil for 2 to 3 minutes, remove and drain once the rings float up. 

drain and prepare a white sauce of white cream. ( or any sauce of your choice)
